I have a background in sociology and engineering, as well as deep engagement with principles and philosophies of nonviolence. All of my consultations and trainings have a foundation of understanding how macro-social (broad, culture-wide social forces) structures, systems, and institutions have led to many of us having adopted disfunctional communication styles.

I help people recognise the cultural and familial origins of the communication strategies they have adopted, and present alternative, more empowered communication and collaboration strategies available to them.

My mission is to offer people straight-forward steps and toolsto replace old, painful patterns of communicating with more meaningful, constructive, and profound ways to express themselves and hear others.
